After months of very hard reflection, I have made the tough decision that I need to take a break to breathe and refocus.
This wasn't an easy decision—I've poured my heart into creating content that helps others navigate sobriety while discovering joy in everyday moments.
But sometimes, we need to follow our own advice about balance and self-care.
Thank you for being part of this journey and for understanding this break isn't necessarily goodbye, as I hope I can return with renewed energy and purpose.
