In this episode, I want to tackle one of the biggest questions in recovery: Why do people relapse?
If you google it, you will get various lists of the top ten reasons people relapse.
If you have read any recovery literature, you might have seen the acronym HALT, which says we are more vulnerable to relapse when we are hungry, angry, lonely, or tired.
But what if I told you that when we take a step back and look at relapse, there really is only one reason that we relapse?
